The series has come a long way from the first Despicable Me movie seven years ago. Steve Carell is voicing Gru once again with his ethnically ambiguous accent, along with the new character of Dru, Gru's twin brother. The introduction of Dru has been a successful addition to the franchise's characters. He's the complete opposite of Gru, from a full head of hair to wearing all white in comparison to Gru's grayish black attire.
Gru meets his long-lost charming, cheerful, and more successful twin brother Dru who wants to team up with him for one last criminal heist.
